Obviously the history is all real, so in that case you would be able to follow the events, but the significance of why certain people are where they are or married to who they are or whatever would really be lost if you didn’t have the backdrop of Fall of Giants! I like it so much. The trilogy is definitely worth reading. I’m afraid of getting burned out!

Patricia I would start with Fall of the Giants, as it is about families and history through their experiences. I have seen someone who ofllett Herman Wouk give the books very bad ratings followed y a berating review on account of Follet’s typical sexual explicitness and the rushed feel of the books All folltt books were a treat.

The first Follet is the best, after Eye of the Needle it folkett be just all the same boring cliches, bad people and good liberals, written by a businessman, well rather by his team, isn’t’, Ken? It’s like eating your favourite candy.

Would you recommend starting the Winter of the World hours after finishing Fall of Giants? Did anyone feel that this volume folleth undermined efforts of other countries participated in wiaya war 2? I really enjoyed learning more about that, particularly against the backdrop of the election climate.
